Because these items are connected to a personalized memorial workflow, refund availability may be limited once preparation has started.

Cancellation before production

If you contact us quickly after placing an order and production or preparation has not yet started, we may be able to cancel the order.

Approved cancellations before production may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the stage of processing.

Custom product limitations

Once a plaque has been customized, assigned, produced, or prepared specifically for your memorial order, refunds may no longer be available except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect fulfillment.
