QR Plaque Orders

Memorion QR plaque orders are connected to a personalized memorial workflow and include access to a memorial service model that provides 10 years of hosting from the activation date.

Included hosting and storage are part of the memorial service package.

Physical QR plaques may require assignment, personalization, preparation, or production steps before they are ready for delivery or activation.

Cancellation before production

If you contact us promptly after placing an order and production or preparation has not yet started, we may be able to cancel the order.

Refunds are generally considered only before production or personalization begins, and approved cancellations before that stage may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on processing status.

Custom product limitations

Once a QR plaque has been personalized, assigned, produced, or otherwise prepared specifically for your memorial order, it is generally non-refundable except in cases such as damage, defect, or incorrect fulfillment.

Orders that arrive damaged or incorrect are reviewed individually, and please contact us with the relevant order details so we can assess the issue and help resolve it.

Digital products & services

Digital Memorial QR products and related digital memorial services may be refundable only before activation or before substantial service delivery begins.

After a digital memorial QR has been activated, or after the memorial service has been materially connected to your order, the product or service may become non-refundable.

Additional storage upgrades may be purchased separately if offered.

Processing time & fees

Where a cancellation or refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on payment provider timelines, order status, and any production or handling costs already incurred.

If fees, customization costs, or non-recoverable processing expenses apply, they may be deducted where permitted before any refund is issued.
