Terms & Conditions
These Terms explain how Memorion memorial hosting, storage, activation, ownership, and visitor submissions work under the current service model.
Service description
Memorion provides QR-connected memorial pages linked to a physical plaque or a digital memorial QR option.
The service includes memorial page access, owner management tools, visitor contribution features where enabled, and hosting during the active included hosting period.
Purchases and activation
Each purchased QR plaque or digital memorial QR connects to one memorial page only.
The memorial owner is the person who activates the memorial for the first time. Activation starts the memorial hosting period and assigns owner controls through My Memorial.
Hosting period
Each memorial includes 10 years of hosting and access.
The 10-year hosting period starts from the activation date, not from the original purchase date.
Memorion is not sold or marketed as lifetime, forever, or permanent hosting.
Memorial storage
Each memorial includes 2 GB Memorial Storage.
Storage may be used for photos, videos, and other memorial media.
Memories and condolences or messages are not limited by count under the active service model.
Additional storage options may be offered in the future.
If the included storage allocation is reached, additional uploads may be restricted until storage is upgraded. Existing published content should remain accessible during the active hosting period.
Memorial owner responsibilities
The memorial owner is responsible for managing memorial content, privacy settings, and visitor submissions.
The owner is also responsible for maintaining the accuracy of memorial details and for using the service in compliance with applicable law and respectful community standards.
Visitor submitted content
Visitors may submit memories, photos, and videos where those features are available on the memorial page.
Submitted content is not published automatically. The memorial owner reviews and approves submissions before publication.
Renewal and expiry
Renewal options may be offered before the 10-year hosting period expires.
If the included hosting period is not renewed, the memorial may be archived, public access may be suspended, and QR functionality may be suspended.
Where reasonably possible, Memorion should provide notice before an active memorial reaches the end of its included hosting period.
Content moderation
Memorial owners moderate visitor submissions before publication.
Memorion may also remove, restrict, or suspend content when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, abuse prevention, platform integrity, or service security.
Service availability
Memorion aims to keep the service available and functioning during the active hosting period, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Availability may be affected by maintenance, software updates, hosting infrastructure issues, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control.
Changes to service
Memorion may update features, limits, workflows, and service policies over time as the platform evolves.
Material changes to these Terms or to the service model may be published on the website before or when the changes take effect.
